No returns. Exchanges or store credit only.

We will accept exchanges within 15 days from which shipment is received. Buyer is responsible for shipping item back to FRA Clothing. The buyer is also responsible for the shipping cost of the exchange item. Exchanges back to FRA Clothing must be posted marked within 14 days your request has been approved. If it is a shipping error on our part, we will take care of the return shipping via UPS or USPS call tag. This must be authorized by a return call tag number provided by info[at]futurerockstarsofamerica.com. Notice must be given to info[at]futurerockstarsofamerica.com within 48 hours of receiving regarding any problems or concerns with the purchased merchandise.

Items must be in their original packaging, in as-new condition with both the packing slip and printed receipts when returned. If tags are torn off, we will charge a 20% restocking fee.
